Sweet substitute
Most of us like sweets - 70% of the world's population.
Sweets can improve the mood. They help to deal with bad mood. Life gets harder
without sweets. But sometimes we catch ourselves thinking that it is better to
refuse to eat food with high sugar content. You should not refuse, you can just
replace sweets with useful products.
Honey
Honey is the best
alternative to sugar. In addition, it is more sweet and it is impossible to eat
too much of it. So do not need to worry about calories.

Replace sweets with delicious, sweet and healthy dried
fruits.
Dried apricots will strengthen heart and blood vessels, and raisins will

and increase efficiency.
